Last updated: 15 September 2026

Controller

The data controller is SALVI ORODJARSTVO – PLASTIKA d.o.o., Vanganelska cesta 16, 6000 Koper – Capodistria, Slovenia, VAT ID SI 64588025. For questions about data processing write to info@salvi.si or call +386 41 685 378.

What data is collected

Through the enquiry form we collect the company name, the contact person's name, an e-mail address, the delivery country and the technical details of your enquiry (quantity, colour, personalisation, deadline, description of the task). If you attach a file, we process its contents too. SALVI AI processes the text of the question you type; please do not send personal or confidential data to the assistant.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data solely to prepare a quote and to correspond about your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Enquiries are kept for at most three years after the last correspondence and are then deleted. If an enquiry leads to business, the longer statutory retention periods for business records apply.

Processors

The website is hosted by Digitalne platforme d.o.o. on a server in Germany. Images and attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage (EU). Enquiry notifications are sent through Resend and sign-in runs on EDP ID (Logto). SALVI AI uses a language model through our own gateway. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Signing in with EDP ID sets a strictly necessary session cookie that makes the login work. Your language choice is carried in the URL, not in a cookie.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, as well as data portability. Send your request to info@salvi.si. If you believe the processing is unlawful you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana.
